Yes there is. It’s called valuing share price above all else, just like every other corporation. AT&T won’t be motivated to improve their service until people actually start leaving them behind because of it.
FWIW, I don’t really have any complaints about my mobile service. It works fine here. I’d rather use the iPhone on AT&T than any other phone on any other service. That said, I’ll go where ever the iPhone goes.
